Cancellation

Orders not yet processed

You can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn't been processed yet. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team by emailing info@pioussconnect.com as soon as possible.

Orders already processed

Unfortunately, once your order is processed and your digital business card is generated, we cannot cancel the order. This is because the service is considered delivered at that point.
